barrio deTriana - Aguacalientes and Etzatlan

Is anyone familiar with the barrio de Triana in Aquascalientes? My Salas-
Ruedas family may have been from there?

Also, is anyone researching Etzatlan? My Estrada family was from there. I am
hoping to find a census record from that town.

"Padrón de población de Aguascalientes", compiled in 1792 by Felix Calleja

According to the book by Jesús Gómez Serrano "Los españoles en Aguascalientes durante la época colonial", in 1792 visiting dignitary José Menéndez Valdés compiled a population census of the district of Guadalajara, which underlines the importance that Aguascalientes had as a final destination for many spanish and portuguese immigrants. Along the same lines, the local "padrón de población" compiled by Félix Calleja in 1792, confirms the data gathered by Menéndez Valdés and includes the name, origin, age and occupation of european immigrants or "españoles" that lived in Aguascalientes.

Banuelos -Trevino Genealogy

Marge, Juanita,

My genealogy is already in gedcom files on this website under Esther Herold. My gedcom only goes to Diego Trevino and Francisca Alcocer.

Marge and Juanita, have you uploaded a gedcom of your Trevino/Velasco family to this website?

seeking info

I'd like to hear from anyone who might have info on this family. I believe that Victor must have been the son of Charles Francis Delmas - am I right? Below is all I know.

Victor Delmas married Concepcion Sandoval about 22 June 1868 in El Sagrario or Santo Domingo, Zacatecas, Zacatecas, Mexico. Two daughters are known: Ma. Soledad, christened (same place as above) 27 March 1869; and Ma. Guadalupe, christened 12 June 1871. Soledad married David Diaz de Leon 16 February 1885 (same place as above).
