I'm doing research on my great granmother Gumecinda Dominguez Born 13 Jan 1900 Either in Jalisco or Zacatecas, Died 14 Jan 1993 in San Jose California (about 1 1/2 Years now).

I have been unable to find my grandmother's, Enriqueta Medina Alva, birth record, although her marriage and death record shows she was born on April 24, 1880, in Jerez, Zacatecas.

Has anybody researched in or around Cañadas de Obregon? I'm looking for the church records for this town but they don't come out on familysearch. Were they ever filmed?
