The marriage record for Gabriel de Lomelin to Melchora de los Reyes in 1673 Nochistlan states that they were dispenses. Has anyone seen this dispensa?

I have researched my grandmother's family from Tlajomulco,Jalisco, Mexico. Her mother's family surname was originally Cordero Torres and around 1887 I noticed a surname change to Flores.
