I'm looking to see if anyone knows any information on Jose de Ornelas and
Angela Perez. They would've been born around 1640-1650, probably in
Teocaltiche.

Cayetano Romo de Vivar and Maria Josefa Vallejo were married (date unknown) possibly in Jalostotitlan, and at least five children baptized there:
Mariana Josefa Bernardina, c. 27 May 1786

Anyone have a link to records for Fresnillo in the early 1700's?

I am going through the Infomaciones Matrimoniales for Asientos 1757-59 and I found about 50 images with marriage records from Pabellon for 1759-69, covering both castas and espanoles.

I am in the process of researching baptism records on Ancestry from the Asuncion de Maria Catholic church in Aguascalientes.
