Francisco de Villalobos y Anna Maria Romo de Vibar/Juan de Esparza and Mariana Martin del Campo
Hello Everyone,
I have been actively searching for information on my Villalobos,Romo de Vibar and Martin del Campo ancestors. Specifically for the two couples Francisco de Villalobos and Anna Maria Romo de Vibar from El Agostadero de Mecatebasco Zactecas and Juan de Esparza and Mariana Martin del Campo from Aguascalientes but I have encountered a brick wall.
Let me start with Francisco de Villalobos and Anna Maria Romo de Vibar.
Francisco de Villalobos and Anna Maria Romo de Vibar are parents of my 6th great-grandmother Maria Antonia de Jesus de Villalobos chris on 21 Feb 1756 in Santa Maria Macatabasco Villa del Refugio,Zac. Maria Antonia married Juan Jose de Esparza (son of Ysidro de Esparza Martin del Campo and Maria de Gertrudis Lozano Delgado)on March 28 1781 in Calvillo,Aguascalientes.
Francisco de Villalobos and Anna Maria de Villalobos other children:
Name: Maria De La Luz Billalobos Romo
Gender: Female
Christening Date: 31 Dec 1770
Christening Place: SANTA MARIA MECATABASCO,VILLA DEL REFUGIO,ZACATECAS,MEXICO
Name: Joseph Geronimo Villalobos Romo
Gender: Male
Christening Date:16 Oct 1760
Christening Place:SANTA MARIA MECATABASCO,VILLA DEL REFUGIO,ZACATECAS,MEXICO
and Maria Ygnacia Villalbos who married Marcos Muñoz Landeros and died in Aguascalientes on July 7, 1848.
Now, Juan Jose de Esparza (husband of Antonia de Villalbos)is son of Ysidro de Esparza Martin del Campo and Maria de Gertrudis Lozano Delgado and grand-child of Juan de Esparza and Mariana Martin del Campo through his father's side, and of Cristobal Lozano and Beatriz Delgado Lopez de Lizalde through her mother's side.
Ysidro de Esparza and Gertrudis Lozano married in Aguascalientes on 26 Dec 1730.
I have traced Gertudis Lozano's ancestry to the Delgado,Lopez de Lizalde,Ruiz de Esparza,Tiscareño de Molina and other Spanish families from Aguascalientes, but I can't go any further from Ysidro de Esparza's parents Juan de Esparza and Mariana Martin del Campo, I encounter a brick wall, as well as for Francisco de Villalbos and Maria Romo de Vibar's. I have looked through most of the dispensas and padrino's information, but with no success.
I am wondering if these family lines (Villalobos,Romo de Vibar,Martin de Campo)go back to the early Spanish families in Aguascalientes of Romo de Vibar,Martin del Campo and Villalobos. I would assume they must have some connection since their children and grandchildren married into prominent families of Aguascalientes like Delgado and Lopez de Lizalde.
I would greatly appreciate your help!
Thank you!
