Hello Everyone!

I have just joined the group. I have been reading some of your research work and it is quite impressive. You are all so very helpful to everyone and look forward to communicating with all of you.

I am researching my mothers family (Suarez/Guiterrez) for now but eventually my father's family (Guillen).

The Suarez and Guiterrez families were from Sombrerete, Zacatecas. My grandfather Suarez was born around 1887 or 1889 not sure where. My grandmother Guiterrez was born 8/25/1900 in Sombrerete and they were married around 1915.

My G grandfather was Felipe Suarez and married Petra Barajas. I have no further information on them.

My G grandfather Guiterrez was Christino Guiterrez and married Wenselada Sanchez. My GG grandfather was Epefanio Guiterrez and married Maria de Jesus Villalobos. I do have a Maria de Jesus Villalobos arriving on Oct. 30, 1919 in Laredo, Texas destination San Antonio, Tx from Atotonilco, Jalisco. I have not been able to find much else thru other ancestry search methods. Eventually my mother's family migrated to Juarez, Mexico and then to El Paso, Texas.

I am hoping to start researching church records to find more detail or even family. I appreciate any help you can provide or a direction you can point me to. Thank you.
