Has anyone heard of this place - Feligresía de Villita? (Ags marriage
record dated 1874, birthplace of spouse). From context I presume it
was in Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, or Jalisco.

While looking through the NY Times on-line, I came across this article by a Frugal Traveler. Glad to see Zacatecas in the NY Times.

Off the top of my head, I am looking for the parents of my ggggrandmother,
Urzina Hernandez.

I must apolgize, that was my first post. I believe the family originated around the hacienda of San Jose de Llanetes.

I am looking for the parents of my ggggrandmother, Urzina Hernandez. She was probably born in the 1830's or 1840's as she is the second wife of Cayetano Borjon who was born in abt 1825.

Since this can be applied more generally I decided to post this question in this forum.
