I notice that 1878 could not be the father of Cruz Bustamante. It's too early I guess. Sorry, but I still need help

I have printed out the batch numbers given on the website for Aguascalientes, but the year I need is not on the list. Under birth, I need 1882. Can anyone tell me where I can find birth records for that year? I am looking for Cruz Bustamante B.

This may be in the user guide, but I can't access that right now because I
can't open Word. What setting do I put for "Char set"? What email address do
I send it to? Most of my entries don't have the relevant microfilm source
