my research, searching for my half sibling ancestors at Totatiche Jalisco provided me

I recently took an Ancestry.com DNA test and when I got the results I was a bit puzzled.

Would anyone be able to take a look at the record of Jose (at the bottom left of the page) and tell me what are the names of his grandparents?

Does anyone in this group have Haplogroup N.?
On the Gary Felix site there are only 4 people with this N.

I was reading a death record from Mexico City and it said the person (a female) "fallecio de fijo". She was 30 years old. What is "fijo"?
