Encarnacion de Diaz land transfer dating 1854

I have a written property transfer from Josefa de Alva to Gregorio Mayagoitia. Document is dated April 2, 1854. Document is written by Francisco de Alba, Josefa's brother. Would anyone have information on their descendants? My father-in-law had a box of many old documents which I found after his death. I believe they are all land sales/transfers. All in Encarnacion de Diaz. Most are from the Soledad area. It is a treasure of documents that I have been trying to translate. Some of the handwriting is very difficult to read. All documents are from the early 1800's. One of the documents is a land transfer part of Hacienda Mariquita. Names in this document are Mariano de anda, Gregorio Mayogoitia, Jose Amaya, Refugio Lozano, Mauricio Lopez, Rosa Lozano, Ignacio Lomelin, Refugio Gutierrez, Juan Lozano. I was surprised to find that a witness was Felix de Anda (my great grandfather) My father-in-law was Salvador Romo Franco b. 1901 in La Soledad, rancho de Mariquita.
I do not know how or why he had these land grants.
