Making The Change: To WebOnly

Until further notice all new members will NOT be subscribed with access to
the automatic delivery of email for the various forums: Research, General,
Announce.

The handwriting is on the wall that the whole group will eventually be Web
Only access to the various messages from the Research, General and Announce
forums. The email delivery system was not distributing the messages with 100
percent accuracy so folks should have already been going to the website to
both post and read to/from the various forums.

So with this change for the newest members keep it in mind that you all
would do best to move strongly in the direction of posting and reading from
the WEBSITE (http://NuestrosRanchos.com ) only.

Sorry about this but that's just the way it is for now and maybe
permanently.
