Beatriz Rodriguez (Frias) de Amaya married to Juan de la Cruz Bermejo

The following link is to a document I could not translate, but the little I could read is about beatris stating she is the legitimate wife of Juan de la Cruz and about the rancho he owned. I was curious to find this document in processo matrimoniales and didn't know what it was, still don't. I had been looking for the IM of Juan Rodriguez de Frias and Juana Lopez. It is about 10 pages can anyone help read it. I have rodriguez and amaya's in my line but have not linked them. Thanks!
