Marriage of Miguel Martel and Mariana Morales

Hello Nuestros Ranchos Forum,

Could someone help me and tell me what this says about my ancestor Miguel
Martel and his wife Mariana Morales. it seems to say differnt stuff at the
top and doesnt get to the marriage part til close to the end. it even looks
like it says something about California.
