Hello, my name is Elena Becerra Woodard. My research shows that my ancestors from my grandmother on my mother’s side were in the Chinampas, Jalisco area for at least 250 years, before migrating to the US in 1898, settling in Colton, CA.

I am a direct descendent of the following people from Chinampas:

My father’s family are Becerras who lived in the Tepic, Nayarit area for at least 150 years before migrating to the US and settling in San Bernardino, CA.
