I'm trying to decipher the child's maternal grandfather's name. Something
Rodriguez. Also the rancho.

It's the one on the bottom right. Jose Margarito.

The paternal grandparents are Rafael Segovia & Gertrudis Ramires, and the
maternal grandparents are Santana Rodriguez & Barbara Sanches.

It looks like it says he was born in Santa Fe and the grandfather's name is
Santana Rodriguez.
