Medina Family from Zacatecas

Hello, I am trying to find more information on one branch of my mother's family. Starting from my great - grandfather (Jose Marcial Medina B:29 June 1907 in San Jose de Guadalupe, Zacatecas married to Micaela Salazar (Castaneda) from Rio Grande, Zacatecas). Jose Marcial Medina's dad is still unknown but his mother was (Maria Josefa Medina - Delgado B:26 November 1871 in San Jose de Guadalupe, Zacatecas). My great great grandmothers parents were (Andres Medina- Vasquez B: about 1838) and (Maria Bernabe Delgado - Lozano B: about 1834). Andres Medina's parents were Ysidoro Medina and Elena Vasquez however besides this information I have not been able to find anything else on them and I would like to know more since this last name is essentially the pride of my mother's family however we do not know where it came from and I would like to know more about it and this family.
