Jose Maria Ulloa????

I'm having so much trouble with this ancestor Jose Maria Ulloa.This individual was from la Estancia De Los Delgadillos his wife in which i descend from is Felipa Ruiz.I cannot at all find nothing on these two individuals well except for Jose Maria Ulloa baptism record which i some how doubt thats really him it mentions that he we was from La Estancia?Down below is the record

I also found a marriage doc. of a Jose Maria Ulloa again not sure if that is him?in this marriage he marries a woman by the name of Maria Ruano.Could ?Also in that marriage doc it mentions that he was from La Estancia?
