Geronimo de Anda and Beatris Ramirez de Mendoza

I have hit a deadend with this couple.
The father of Beatris is Joseph Ramirez de Mendoza (from the daughter's Dispensation).
They are the parents of two daughters that I have been able to locate: Maria Nicolasa de Anda: Born 14 December, 1696 in Jalostitlan, Jal. She married Diego Marquez on 16 Jan. 1715 in Jalostitlan: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-18447-204-85?cc=1874591&wc=12506202

Anna de Anda:
Married on 14 Feb. 1713 to Juan Trinidad Gomez de Mendoza; son of Diego Gomez de Mendoza and Francisca Leal y Ayala
