Please help me read grandfathers death entry

After much searching, I have finally found my 4th great grandfather's death registration in the Church records. That is the good news. The bad news is, though I have learned enough Spanish from reading the Baptismos, Defunciones, and matrimonials to fill in the dates, there are still some things I am unable to decipher and I need help.

Would someone please help me read the record for the death of Don Juachin Romero? It is listed in the Mexico, Jalisco, Catholic Church records for 1590-1995. The city isTepatitlan de Morelos, the church is San Francisco de Asis, Defunciones 1780-1800. The image is 162 of 511. It is number 1622 on the page. Maybe you can get there by clicking on this: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-18572-64339-29?cc=1874591&wc=12509699

The writing is clear, the abbreviations maddening, and I don't understand the references to Cuadrillero and Tambardillo. I believe they mean police and a type of medicine but I can't figure out the context.

If someone will take a peek and let me know what it actually says, I will be most grateful.

Thank you for your help.

Linda Romero
