can anyone decipher the paternal grandaprents names in the top left entry of this page

this page contains the baptismal record for one of my triple-great grandpa luis lopez

i see that this page lists his parents as luciano lopez and juana martinez. i can also read that juana's parents are secundo martinez and juana padilla.

i'm not sure what luciano's dad first name is, nor can i find his mom's late name(i think the entry says her first name is manuela), since the penmanship is too sloppy for me to read.

any help will be appreciated.
