Rangel's of Aguascalientes in the 1600's

I have been researching the Rangel line for my mother-in-law, Consuelo Rangel, who was born in 1920 in San Luis Potosi and she will turn 92 years old this year. When I started with her Rangel line she only knew of her grandparents and nothing further back in time. So every generation back I've found so far has made her even more excited.
I seem to stuck on this one couple, Francisco Rangel & Catalina Masias. They were having kids in Aguas.,Aguas during the late 1600's but I cant seem to find anything more about them. Here is what I have on them;

Francisca Rangel Bap. Nov 6, 1664 Aguas.
Austin Rangel Bap. Oct 5, 1668 Aguas / married Maria Ruiz de Esparza Dec 29, 1690
Josepha Rangel married Miguel Lopez & Antonio Prieto Gallardo
Juan Rangel married Leonor de Medina June 3, 1686 (this is my down line)

I searched the marriage records for them, also the ones in the Bautismos 1616-1662, I have searched this sites postings and seem to come up with nothing on this couple. On Josepha & Juan I cant find Bautismos for them only marriages.

Does anyone know anything about this couple? Or can anyone offer some advise as to how or where I can look next?
