Cristobal Torres

Hello,

My name is Manuel Torres and I am new to NR. I’ve just started researching
my ancestry about two months ago. It is amazing the amount of information
I’ve already learned considering my parents barely knew anything about their
own grandparents, much less anyone older than that. The surnames that I will
be researching are:

Torres - Zacatecas (Ojo Caliente, La Blanca, Panfilo Natera)

Castillo Tepechitlan, Zacatecas

Carrera - La Blanca, Zacatecas

Morales - La Blanca, Zacatecas

de la O - La Blanca, Zacatecas

Lueretara - La Blanca, Zacatecas

Sandoval - Tepechitlan, Zacatecas

Casas - Jerez, Zacatecas, La Hacienda del Cuidado

Garcia - Zacatecas (Jerez, Cienega)

Vargas - Jerez, Zacatecas

Reveles - Jerez, Zacatecas

Amaro - Jerez, Zacatecas

Right now, I am looking for information on my Great Great Grandfather and
Great Great Grandmother Cristobal Torres and Trinidad Morales. They had a
child by the name of Margarito Torres in the year 1900. So I’m guessing
Cristobal was born around 1878 and Trinidad around 1880. According to the
1930 census, Margartio Torres was born in Ojo Caliente, Zacatecas and his
wife Teresa Carrera, was born in La Blanca Zacatecas, so I’m guessing
Cristobal and Trinidad would have been from around that area. Unfortunately,
I was unable to find a birth record for Margarito Torres. I also came to a
dead end when I looked for birth records for Cristobal and Trinidad, and I
also couldn't find a record of their marriage. So I was unable to get any
more leads at this point. This is where I’m hoping one of you can help me
out.
