Mexican Revolution

My great-uncle, Jose Jesus Delgadillo from Teocaltiche, Jalisco, was in the medical corps in the Mexican Revolution and served under Pancho Villa, as I have heard. How would be best to research this? Any suggestions would be of interest and greatly appreciated.
