Below is the response I got from Feedback at Family Search re my problems with their new Viewer. I can't understand why, if their old Viewer was working fine, why they had to change it and make us go through more rigamaroll to print out a specific record.

Thank you for contacting FamilySearch regarding changes.

There have been changes to FamilySearch. To zoom in and out, you will want to use your browser zoom feature. Try control + and control -.

You are correct, you can no longer print a selected portion of the screen in historical records. However, you can save the image as a jpeg image and use the tools on your computer to rotate, resize, cut and print the portions you would like to print.
