Consanguidad

Hey everybody, I need some help.
What does con Tercero con cuarto
grado de consanguidad? I found
a marriage for cousins in my lines
and could potentially help me rack
my own line too. Does anyone by 1772
if the dispensations still were under
La Sagrada Mitra of Guadalajara, since this
marriage happened in Calvillo, Aguascalientes, the
document states it was sent to the city of Aguascalientes,
signed by Manuel Colon de Laurreatagui on 2 of
april 1772.
