Does anyone have this on loan?

Does anyone have the following records on permanent loan from SLC and
will look up a couple of records for me?

Source 0218529, Batch M603739

I am looking for information on Serapio Romero and Petra Pena, their
children and parents.

Manuel Romero's wedding is in Source 0218457, Batch C603711. I
have a copy but it is very hard to read.

If someone can look these up and either copy them or tell me what
they say, I would be very grateful. I don't speak Spanish, so if
there is a chance that they can be translated, I will be very, very
grateful.
